That's what I got from our debugger architect Gregg Miskelly. We don't know when it shipped exactly in Windows but given that it was a few years back we think we should be good for something recent.

Apparently, that's a Windows things as windbg will hit this too. I'm going to talk to our debugger and Unreal people about this that sounds all sorts of terrible.
