When we were having our first kid we ended up on a list and got sent some formula samples and I marveled at how this miraculous powder that could give a baby everything it needs to grow and develop, historically a crazy hard problem, just showed up in the mail.

The point of tax shelters is that they save a rich guy enough money to hire someone to deal with all the bullshit. I have never felt like I pay enough taxes for an FSA to be worth the time.

Unless I'm wrong, the Affinity part of the stack is a Photoshop alternative that was previously a "buy it once and it's software that you own" model that recently became free (though they would love you to subscribe for AI features). Not thrilled, but at least I have the version I own forever.

The recipe I use for tzatziki is old enough that Greek yogurt was not widely available in American supermarkets and tells you to squeeze the water out of regular yogurt with a dish towel. A relic from a better time.
