Now that I think about this some more... I really... really want to disassociate art from "work" and being at a desk reminds me of just grinding on work and other tasks. So maybe drawing in a relaxed posture on the couch was just a natural response.

Not for everyone I guess. But my drawing pipeline requires this and I can't quit it lol.

In CSP you can map those functions to keystrokes. In my case CTRL+SHIFT+1 and CTRL+SHIFT+2...which I programmed the controller to press.

Zoom + Pan is always gonna be with my own fingertips. But not having to interact with tiny buttons to swap controls or flip the canvas view... can't live without it.
My whole entire process is tied up in having this sort of device.
