This week @ The Lescar, a really wonderful duo, Shirley Smart (cello) and Tobie Medland (violin). Dynamic improvisations on 20th century music by Bartok, de Falla, combined with original works, jazz standards and free improvisations, perfect in our intimate venue. £10/£7 for students, doors 8pm.

Due to the icy conditions we’ve taken the hard decision to call off tonight’s Jazz at The Lescar. We’re gutted of course 😞, but we’ll be working with Unfurl to hopefully get them booked in again later this year, and we’ll be back next week with a brilliant quartet led by guitarist Stuart McCallum 🙂🎶
