Hans really loves Samson's nose and eyes - they may be bloodshot but they're intense. And later, when Samson recovers from withdrawal and grows his hair out, his long hair is definitely a favourite feature.

Staas practically relies on humour, it's what makes him so charming. Other's find him very funny and easy to get along with with that. His humour is mostly self-deprecating, but also he loves a good childish dad-joke. No better way to lighten the mood than to poke fun at the situation.
