I honestly find the idea of Canadians being "EXTRA KIND" (all caps!) a little scary! They're already some of the kindest, most genuine people. What's next, unlimited hugs? This could get a little uncomfortable...

Really hope nobody is interested in the long-term project he's become. I think if he can clear waivers and spend another year at Columbus he has a real chance to turn it around.

...and then there's AI. There's not enough money NOW for new artists to create and mature their voice. Now a lot of what is there will simply evaporate as prompts for derivative garbage.

Most likely because they're still not out yet much less have their cost defined. But you're right - even if you just estimate structures destroyed multiplied by a low estimate of house cost it will easily end up in the top ten and probably one of the highest ever. 2025 not starting out well...
