My disabled daughter lived in a trailer park for 10y. It was a great community. They looked out for and helped each other. To be fair, it was in a suburb, the lot rent was not cheap, & the homes were owner-occupied, but folks were poor. Being poor doesn't make people bad. And noone is trash.
