⚙️Mod apps will go up from Nov 30 - Dec 7 for: 1 writing mod, 2 art mods, 1 graphics mod, & 3 organizational/discord mods
⚙️Get a greater variety of time zones for the mod team to be more available for participants

⚙️Social media prompts for participants to share little details about their work throughout the creation period
⚙️Posting in September instead of October (can change depending on the number of groups)
⚙️Monthly events in the server such as writer/artist workshops, fic read alongs, etc.

⚙️Adding a "cheerleader" role to the server for those who want to stay and help motivate but can't participate
⚙️Establish a strike system for those who are consistently late for check-ins/extensions or do not respond to pings. 3 strikes = removal from the event

⚙️The WC minimum will be 10k (up from 8k)
⚙️No more distinguishing between multichapter fics and oneshots - all must have 10k min posted on the assigned day, regardless of how many chapters it takes
⚙️One less check in, with a staggered check in style between artists and writers

After that, our social medias will be "closed"; ie, no reposting, posting, or anything until the next year to give us mods a break.

The mods will be meeting this weekend to develop next years road map with the feedback we got from participants. That should be posted sometime by the end of next week.
