Most people are not trained to understand grid stability, but everyone is commenting on the Iberian blackout for some reason 😂

You might like this study which Shahil did with AEMO to first understand IBR driven oscillations and then how a framework can be developed to optimally size and place GFM BESS or other stability providers like sync condensers and stuff.
