Thx Jane. It is indeed, but I am trying to remember 93 is a cracking age to achieve, and until the last few months, I think generally on good form and enjoying life. Here’s hoping this last stage is as peaceful as it can be.

This time last year, I doubted she’d be here now, but she has defied our expectations! Now though, she hopes to go to sleep and not wake up. She’s tired, she’s done, she’s ready to go. And sadly, I think I now wish that for her too. There’s little joy left for her in daily life.

MrH had a twofer (the price of one) nose job this summer. He had some skin cancer on his nose excised - which needed a skin graft. He asked the surgeon to take it from his brow which was droopy from a head injury 30 years ago! They were happy to oblige - now he has symmetrical eyebrows 🤣
