Aaand after the buffet. Was pretty darn stuffed!

3 snack wraps for lunch at 12pm. Company surprised us with lunch at 2pm. Fam decided on a buffet for grandmother’s bday at 5pm… I’m no gainer but still have a big appetite. Yet, this is gonna be rough. Send help and gainer energy! 😵‍💫

I think the new motivation to try leaning out will be the leg gains. As I’m losing weight, I’m noticing more definition in my legs, and I love the look of massive, well-built legs. So here we go! Excuse the face lol

A bit less muscle as I’ve had to put gym on hold. Going back next momth. For now, today’s fit and some belly.
