I can’t believe that Jayce is just over a year old. I have had so much fun with him and created many lasting memories. He’s definitely the most fulfilling craft project I’ve ever had.

I had so much fun at PLUSH on Saturday! I love this party! It is a dream come true to be producing and hosting something that brings together so many wonderful people.

I have been working on the body on and off all year. I went back and forth on adding slim-digi padding. I made a slip on leg padding but ultimately, I wasn’t feeling it. I pivoted and retailored the legs to just be slim. I like how it fits.

I worked on rosettes and practiced them on the tail. Eventually, the body suit will have them on the hips, shoulders and thighs. I made a huge snep like tail but shortened it later. It has a belt support and a zipper to attach it to the body.

I looked at so many big cat photos for reference. Tigers and leopards have very round heads and big round muzzles. The tops of the their noses are broad and square off a bit at the edges. Their brows are wide and round. Their cheek bones are wide and curve into the muzzle. I think I nailed the ears.
