I actually didn't make a claim. I merely pointed out that the opportunity for the proving he knows her doesn't start and end with the ring. Might want to read my comment before you reply because now you just look a little foolish.

Yeah in the UK it tends to be a "for now" thing then the wedding ring is generally chosen by the wife-to-be

Erm under this budget, she'll pay more of her money to the taxman. I'm all for raking them over the coals but come on. This budget definitely hit the super rich harder than we expected - not hard enough in my opinion

It's ludicrous to think that at all. We don't know what her "requirements" were and they could've been absolutely unaffordable and he may just have wanted to show her that he wants to spend the rest of his life with her.

It literally wasn't. The media and the polling system are two very different beasts. Also we know that Reform are doing well because of the billionaires and the support they're receiving from the far-right and the BBC is complicit because of how often Farage gets to grandstand on Question Time.
