So maybe you still think they are important and get them done privately and want to discuss them with your GP but find they are not able to take into account tests done privately by individuals outside of the NHS.

Until you find the NHS will not fund some of the tests recommended.

If I was going to deliver "the largest ever digital inclusion programme ever delivered" I'd start by going and talking to the community organisations all over the country who have almost zero-support from govt in meeting unmet need, and who will have little capacity to engage in a govt consultation
