Okay so we are actually on the same page about ARRCA because I do also believe there were significant discovery issues there. But you just said the backstory is more important - my comment was about a personal experience and his behavior. So no, his style was the entire point of my original post.

You also say Hank Brennan is enforcing a tenet of our constitutional rights in his tone of questioning and you mention Article 14 and collusion. Constitutional rights are there largely to protect the accused. What rights are you specifically speaking about? Because you personally aren’t impacted.

And again I’m going to ask you, someone who has posted about disliking the likes of Trump on your own feed and Trump certainly does like to name call: what are you hoping to accomplish by name calling just like those you claim to be against?

I’m genuinely asking this - how am I minimizing the situation? Because I was reminded of this kind of personality that I didn’t like when I was doing litigation myself? He was making snide comments and was admonished by the Court several times for it. It was ethically poor attorney behavior.
