Trump isn’t actually allowed to change the name of the Kennedy Center for Performing Arts because its naming was Constitutionally codified by LBJ in 1964.
Neither Trump, nor the Board of Directors have the right to change the name without a supermajority vote in Congress.

It is not. The John F. Kennedy Center for Performing Arts name was Constitutionally codified by LBJ in 1964. Which means it would require a significant act of Congress to change (which it does not have).

His PTSD led him to drug use and a possession charge over 15 years ago and he has since, been sober. This charge is the reason ICE demanded his deportation.
