Been seeing a lot of people I know still outraged by political violence à la Kirk. Where was the same outrage when the Minnesota reps Melissa Hortman and Mark Hortman were assassinated? Where was it when Penn Governor Shapiro's residence was set ablaze? Hypocrites.

Always remember your history. The United Nations was created after World War 2, to prevent another one from ever happening.
Is the UN perfect? No, but like most things it's fixable. But if someone ever wants to weaken or dismantle the UN, trust and believe, they want World War 3.

The level of selective sympathy in the US right now is bewildering to me. Even from people who stand to lose much from their sympathy. I will never mourn the death of any white supremacist.

I'm finally noticing people turning away from the fascist in the White House, and I'm giving them space and grace to transition morally.
But I'll never be able to forget that up until now they supported a bigoted white nationalist felon endorsed by the KKK.
