Although I temporarily forgot, as pointed out below, it is now known as Didymium spongiosum. Also another one with the common name "Dog Sick slime mould", but unlike Fuligo septica, it is typically found on grass.

This one is not Fuligo septic though, it is Mucilogo crustacea.
