We can get into the tactical weeds, but I think the only time I saw us play with initiative and aggression was RM. the fight is rarely there’s no urgency, it’s just going through the motions. We don’t counterattack at all anymore. We barely fight for each other and everyone feels isolated.

I don’t think this a new manager bounce situation. This team went through something traumatic together. I think they have to come out of it together too. Bringing someone new who doesn’t fully understand the situation will likely isolate the players further imo.

The Dems here been doing it too and inadvertently strengthening his camp for years. You start to wonder if we secretly love this.
