It really is nonsensical. Him chickening out on bad things is good, actually. And ridiculing him will only make him do more awful things, and follow through with them.

The device, as described, can't exist. It's either available in August or made in the US, it can't be both. Plus, "5G service through all three major cellular carriers". But it's a T-Mobile MVNO?! So much doesn't add up.
