Jason Reynolds for Senate
@jasonreynoldsforsenate.com
I'll be running as the progressive choice in the Democratic primary for the US Senate seat in Virginia in 2026. I'd love to have your support.

I do plan to do some campaigning in NOVA. Anywhere in particular you think I should focus on?

I'm in. Congress is elected to advocate for and represent their constituents, not to enrich themselves.
In my mind, anyone who wouldn't support an anti-corruption platform is corrupt and part of the problem.

I love and endorse all of these. We need to get all of the 2026 candidates on board with the anti-corruption platform.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'm going to reach out and introduce myself and let them know I'd be happy to answer any questions they might have for me.

Spending a lot of time with these three knuckleheads.

Thanks. I appreciate it.

My plan is to get out to each of the congressional districts at least once to meet potential voters, hopefully more. If there's a group in southeast VA that you think I should visit, please let me know so I can reach out to them.

I've been very quiet. It's hard to get much traction as a longshot primary candidate when we have competitive statewide races this year.

Now that the Dems have kicked ass in 2025, I'm ready to get out there more for 2026. I'm working full-time, so my opportunities to travel will be limited.

Thank you. I agree. @markwarner.bsky.social might have been good enough before, but lately it seems like he hasn't been up to the task of representing us regular folks.
November 12, 2025 at 2:45 AM
Sadly, it's not just @markwarner.bsky.social and @kaine.senate.gov that have missed the opportunity to call him out. It seems like Senate Dems in general are willing to forgive his lack of leadership yet again. How many times does he have to disappoint us this year before they speak up?
November 11, 2025 at 11:37 PM
I am solidly in the @schumer.senate.gov must go camp. His leadership has been ineffective at best, often completely incompetent, since Trump was inaugurated.
I want to know why @markwarner.bsky.social and @kaine.senate.gov haven't been leading the call to get him to step down.
November 11, 2025 at 11:27 PM
Just goes to show you how out of touch the establishment is. They motivated multiple people to run against @markwarner.bsky.social this cycle.
November 11, 2025 at 2:02 PM
That's what happens when old, out of touch people draft the bills. Maybe they figured we'd be so pissed about the ACA cave that we wouldn't notice. 🤷

I appreciate the feedback, but I'm not changing who I am just to appeal to voters. I wouldn't want to vote for someone who would compromise themselves like that.
Regardless of how I look, I will always vote my values and will not be compromised by the establishment or special interests.

So you can't convince your Republican "friends" to do anything good and now you can't convince your fellow Democrats to not do something bad.

What good are the relationships you've been building for three terms?

If you're really motivated, I can always use volunteers. Whatever you're passionate about or good at, I'm happy to let you do it for the campaign. Just let me know.
November 10, 2025 at 4:46 AM
If you'd still like to help somehow, I'd be very happy to have you tell a friend or neighbor that I'm running. I'm happy to mail out some literature to share with anyone you think would be interested.
November 10, 2025 at 4:46 AM
That one I understand.

My trans son was a big reason I decided to run. Equal rights regardless of ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, or anything else is something I will never compromise on.
