Yes, and there's a whole conversation about the cost of errors by humans vs AI. But your original skeet almost implies that AI doesn't make costly mistakes. You're smart enough to weigh the risks vs potential, but a lot of people are so eager to adopt AI that they forget it's not infallible.

Minor quibble with #4: His first cognitive exam was in 2018. He doesn't say he took 3 this year. Although it's still not the flex he thinks it is.

I'm really glad we had a good lactation consultant. I can't imagine being that vulnerable and having the person who's supposed to help you make you feel that way.

My wife breastfed the best she could, but our kids needed supplemental formula. She broke down in tears because she felt like she was a failure for needing to supplement. Assholes like this do so much damage by feeding into mothers' fears. Fed is best.

They started doing shorter stints for guests. This was published shortly after the Lowry/Christine Emba confrontation, and I remember at the time being pretty sure this was a result of that www.kcrw.com/shows/left-r...

Whenever I hear Lowry's name, I immediately remember the time he got told off for being racist on Left, Right, and Center so hard that they changed the format of the show

Is it fair to say your synagogue example would be something that could be punished, but the misgendering example is less clear because it's compelled speech, not just prohibited speech?

Could the school punish a student for referring to a student by a slur, even if it's outside the definition of bullying?

We're going to try you for sedition! But not until after we make sure your uniform is looking spiffy.

He literally tweeted this out.

“SHOULD ORDERS AND THE LAW EVER CONFLICT, OUR OFFICERS MUST OBEY THE LAW.”

This plaque is displayed at West Point. It’s the law. Not sedition.

What would that mean for Halligan? Wouldn't that jeopardize every other case she touches? She'd be sort of a Schrodinger's US attorney
