Not much detail in this post..., but have you done what it says you should do in the upgrade guide? Also be aware that you must use "clean" targetframework notation.
This: "net9.0-ios;net9.0-android" instead of "net9.0-ios;net9.0-android34". The "34" caused my project to error out.
