Kelly has been pretty vocal about the state of college athletics and the Pac-12 in particular. If he really wants this job, and for the right reasons, he would be a home run hire.

Indiana and Vandy have been terrible by entire lifetime. Then, one day they start making $100 million annually. And now they’re good. Amazing turnaround, gotta be the coaching!
