One year I made a big dent in my backlog by planning out three games to beat per month, and I stuck to it and actually did it. I wanted to do it again this year but unfortunately have expedition 33 and persona 5 really clogging up the pipes out of the gate.

I was working in phone sales when Pokémon Go first launched, and our (naive) manager at the time posted a meme in our group chat with Squirtle on the casting couch asking what you would do to be a Pokémon master.
He issued a formal apology barely 30 minutes later. What an experience.

I thought I was gonna be nostalgic by playing Metroid Prime remastered with the new GameCube controller, except there’s no minus button so half the menus are inaccessible even with the classic control scheme. What an oversight.

This year’s Black Friday really reminded me how much I miss buying cheap movies and that was 90% of the reason I even went in any stores. Walmart has a single aisle left and none of it’s worth looking at.
