Arizona State LHP Ben Jacobs currently ranks as my No. 45 overall prospect in the 2025 Draft. Some of the best fastball value you’ll find in the class. Ran a 34% whiff rate and a 31% chase rate on the heater in 2024. Curveball really flashes. Big arm speed with more in the tank.

Out of the 2024 Draft class for the #Royals, Drew Beam will be fun to follow. Doing my write up for him today and he’s one of the safest bets to make it to the MLB. While nothing is super flashy, the floor is high. Projected to be a durable back-end starter w/ growth potential.
