I've worried for a long time about consolidating knowledge into a single place. Not just because I worry about erasure, but also about integrity and who controls it. What happens when we can't trust the archive anymore?

I hear you, and am especially heartbroken at those I served with and previously considered friends who couldn't care less because at least their side won.

At this point, I'm more prone to trust a horse's judgment.

That's been a pretty hard part for me lately. Guys I've known for a long time all of a sudden are really showing true colors with a smile on their faces, and will crater long and meaningful relationships without a second thought...

This.....the house across the street from me has sat vacant for 6 months because the property company has overpriced rent by $1000 compared to the rest of the area.

So it will sit vacant rather than have a family live in it.
