I continue to be baffled that suddenly some of you think police departments are going to be saviors of society.
it's a difficult choice for a first dm.. bring a stack of paper to pass notes around with and prepare some weird contradictory forms (watch as they realize a blue pen is above their authorization) The most important thing is player buy-in and setting the tone. gl!
