The entire country has been terrorized by the masked, armed ICE agents. Time to get them off of our residential streets. Their presence has not made city dwellers feel safe.

I thought this was stunning. We chatted about how she chose these images. She had wanted to only show the abusers, but realized we’ve created such a false myth of the “genteel” south, that a photo of slave owners/patrols alone, wouldn’t make the point.
