Sadly what drives these poll numbers is the worldwide rise of populism with the 'foreigner' being the principal bogeyman.
Every domestic problem, real or perceived, is blamed on foreigners.
Can't get a job? A foreigner took it.
Can't buy a house? A foreigner bought them all.
It's pathetic.

Comments like this are echoing German statements made to surrounding countries, particularly the Low Countries, from around 1936-1938.
In diplomatic circles these kinds of statements were also directed at Churchil but he wasn't PM until Chamberlain got the boot.

I have played this game..... a lot.
I was never a fan of the main story or Silverhand but the DLC helped.
