Despite what is quite bad in our world, I encourage you to take a short time away for artful play. Paint, play piano, pick up a baseball, turn on some music - dance! whatever provides a little release!

Keeping my sketchbook with me and recording attitude! A lovely Sunday afternoon with a friend and her mom along the La Sevre Nortaise. People gently strolling, picnicking, bicycling, fishing, (only silent electric motors are allowed!) and egrets and cormorants enjoying the river along the water!

Close to perfect Sunday and a confession. I eat hamburgers in France—and, of course, walk a lot! Live Sunday music. Completed my 2nd in person French lesson…so much more to learn! Wishing you the best today…a chance to relax with friends or loved ones. Sending love💕
