The above words were penned by Ben Johnson in 1641. I'm bringing them back here to remind us all that Donald Trump is out of his everlovin' mind. No other way to say it.
When he called that reporter "piggy," do you suppose he might have simply been projecting his own ignorant incompetence? I wouldn't dismiss that thought.

We also don't know the motivation behind this man's actions. Was he driven to action by promises made and then broken regarding his own loved ones? What he did was appalling and I'm not justifying, but there's likely some explanation other than "he's a cold-blooded killer."

It was so clear the day he bought Twitter that it was solely to skew political thinking by blowing up what had been a marketplace of ideas that was hostile to the right. I don't know why it took so long for this to be commonly understood.

I hope the Nobel Prize committee is taking notice. This guy has nothing to do with peace and everything to do with self-aggrandizement. Just laugh him out of the room and make it loud and clear.

In one way, he's right. Whiny, mean little bald men actually aren't compatible with western civilization and should be banished from the land. 'Bye, Stephen!
November 28, 2025 at 1:31 PM
I hope "the government" realizes that silence doesn't mean compliance. Instead, there's a white-hot rage that's building across the land, and if it doesn't bubble over sooner, it'll come out as a rout at the ballot box in November, "the likes of which nobody has ever seen."

Obviously, they're hoping you don't already know that crime is illegal, especially the kind of crime the government is poised to commit. Really? They think we're that stupid?
November 28, 2025 at 1:24 PM
Yes, it was. He'd negotiated a May 2021 withdrawal, and in return, the Taliban agreed to not attack the small force of 2500 US troops. Then Trump boasted that he was "able" to maintain peace with just a few Americans on the ground. Every bit of it was dishonest.

Another option: Put the numbers of your two senators and House rep in your phone. The numbers are available on the internet and seem to come in handy all too often these days. 😉

Correct. In this case, the answer to WIIFM is about profits, period. They don't care about the Ukrainian people, world order or democracy. Just filling their own pockets.

May be a fine distinction, but saying Trump is going to do something has nothing to do with obeying. It's seeing what is. If Trump can be run out of office before Jan 20, 2029, he may not get a chance to issue pardons. Otherwise, get ready.
November 26, 2025 at 7:40 PM
Whose side is Witkoff on, anyhow? I think we know. He brought Jared along, so you know there are $$$ in the mix. And you also know who's ready to claim them. The corrupt Trump crime family should now be known as the corrupt Trump crime *friends & family*.
November 26, 2025 at 7:31 PM
I wish. But I'd bet that Trump will pardon all these scoundrels on his way out of office. Some will say he's just doing what Biden did, but it's obvious now that had Biden not pardoned them, Trump would have ordered Bondi and Patel to spare no [taxpayer] expense to ruin the lives of innocent people.
November 26, 2025 at 7:27 PM
This has scared the daylights out of Trump. The fact that Bolsonaro is starting a decades-long prison term for the very same act he perpetrated on Jan 6 gives legitimacy to calls for his own imprisonment--or at least impeachment and removal from office.

Can you make the Nov 23 reel from FB available here on Bluesky? I've posted it a couple of times, but I believe people need a FB account to see it, and it's so important to spread the word here, too. Thx!

Blaming rising healthcare costs on the ACA is missing the point entirely. If insurance is going to pay for astronomically expensive drugs that enrich the billionaires who developed them, somebody has to pay. Is anyone looking at limiting what we're paying for those?
November 26, 2025 at 3:02 PM
It's time for Rs and Ds to come together--and I mean the entire citizenry--to demand restrictions on the AI billionaires. They're exploiting scarce resources to further enrich themselves, leaving the rest of us with water rationing and a poisoned environment. It's not too late.
November 26, 2025 at 2:48 PM
Don't get me started. Particularly the ones who've made their billions playing the market. What did they produce exactly? They're like the remora hitching a ride on a great white--positioning themselves in the right place at the right time, but probably contributing even less.
November 26, 2025 at 1:24 AM
There's another explanation. Witkoff and Kushner (likely others) are expecting "favors" to flow in their direction, if they can get Putin's deal pushed down the throats of brave Ukrainians, who just need to go back to something like normal life. "Cui bono" is the operative question.

Correction: It was the "well-endowed men's toilet." You know. To keep the equipment up out of the water. 🤣🤣🤣
November 25, 2025 at 11:53 PM
This just highlighted the courage and patriotism of these fine elected officials. See? There are some good ones out there. And this was yet another Trump admin belly flop. Womp-womp!
November 25, 2025 at 11:45 PM
Clear signs of dementia. Biden may have been slow and lose his place from time to time, but he was orders of magnitude more competent than this bozo. And we're supposed to pretend we don't see it. Gah!
November 25, 2025 at 11:43 PM
I'd laugh if it weren't for so many people suffering under this Klown-Kar regime.
