Interestingly, on Wednesday, the Senate Judiciary Committee led by Chuck Grassley will have a hearing on "rogue" judges, postponed from last month. Bloomberg Law, citing a report first in Law360, says both Boasberg & US District Judge Deborah Boardman in Maryland turned down invitations to appear.
