If this were a case where someone accused of being a nonce was told to stay away from contacting children online during the trial, and the judge was to say, 'well you need to be specific on which children he's not allowed to contact'... there would be uproar, but trans people, we don't count.

Same thing in Germany with the SPD and CDU sliding ever farther to the right, in order to appease the far right extremists. The Overton Window keeps getting pushed and everybody is losing. It’s just so dumb.
