My husband got a new toy so 100 pounds of tomatoes were pureed quickly and then we spent the rest of the day boiling them and canning them. And we bought 100 pounds more this evening.

Husband and I made ravioli last night - he made the pasta and I assembled. Absolutely delicious. Cut the leftover pasta into soup noodles.
