What is happening here is that you are using the occasional instances of women checking, which is something that has always happened, but may happen more now, because many women are vigilent because there are loads of men going 'we're going to carry on using your toilets there is nothing you can do

There are not legions of women assualting other women in toilets. No evidence has been produced of this.
All the butch women on our side are totally fine with other women occasionally checking, because they support women's right to male free space.

The bit where you claim a person's sex is changed for all purposes in law. In the GRA itself there are exceptions (mostly benefiting males, btw) plus there's S9(3) that disapplies S9(1) where that's necessary to achieve the purpose of "another enactment"(eg the EA 2010)
