Really enjoyed meeting Sale Central Brownies for a tour of Trafford Town Hall, the Council Chamber and the Mayor’s Parlour, along with Cllr Eve Parker and Leader Cllr Tom Ross. The girls asked some great questions and were a delight to be with!

It was great to meet Martin Ainscough CBE DL again, High Sheriff of Greater Manchester.

Thank you to all the Trafford Council staff, officers, councillors and representatives from the armed forces who turned out at Trafford Town Hall for the two-minute silence for Remembrance Day on Tuesday 11th November 11AM. 🙏♥️

We attended the Manchester Airport Festival of Remembrance 2025 inside the Corcorde hanger.

It was a moving service with music, videos, cadet drills, hymns and multi-faith prayers for peace. We remembered to always remember those who gave up their lives so we can live freely today.

As Mayor and Consort of Trafford we were delighted to be guests at the reopening of ⁦‪Manchester United‬⁩ Men’s First Team Building at Carrington. It was such an honour to meet Sir Alex Ferguson and many others. Thank you for the tour of the incredible new facilities for the players!

We an amazing time at the String of Hearts Showcase listening to the music and joining in with the singing, clapping and dancing! 💖

We enjoyed creating hearts with stickers and making friends with people!

String of Hearts is a music charity which connects isolated older adults through music.

We had a really interesting tour with at the Trafford Local Studies & Archive Centre at Waterside House (inc. The Frank Sidebottom Exhibition).

Trafford Local Studies have an incredible amount of fascinating historic material including the original document of 1290 of the Altrincham Charter.
