The Poulsbo Kids Book Festival was a blast! Highlights include an author parade led by the high school marching band, talking books with a ton of amazing readers, and meeting one of my literary heroes, Karen Cushman. Big thanks to Liberty Bay Books for putting on such a great event!

School Library Journal has nice things to say about The Unexpected Lives of Ordinary Girls! “[T]he notion of living in a library will engage young readers, including those who may not generally gravitate to historical fiction.” Thanks, SLJ! www.jandersoncoats.com/the-unexpect...
