Mine make a fairly loud click when they pop back in place, so I get that. Gets a pretty visceral reaction from people who hear it and know what I'm doing.

I can partially dislocate both of my shoulders.
My left I just have to have my arm in the right position and my shoulder/arm muscles can cause it.
My right arm I have to pull a bit to get it started.
