I worked in NY in services for the disabled. Every year things were improved to catch waste and abuse to the point that Providers had apps on their phones tracking everything they do. Just one example of how to combat and get rid of the few who try to take advantage instead of mass upheaval.

Over this past weekend! It was hard to come back for Monday 🤣 we went to Ottawa to skate the Canal which hasn't been open in years because it's been too warm... had to jump on it!
