Is it normal to have 2 backlogs for a smallish (x8), agile team: one for the developers, one for the rest of the team? I didn't think it was a good thing but I'm interested to know what others feel before I throw my toys. Should I just wind my neck in?

Second thought of the evening is: it always troubles me when an organisation wants to embrace new ways of working and tell me I can only use Microsoft. I try so hard to open-minded but it’s a truly, pongy, bad smell. It’s like dragging.weed.

In Cardiff and I’ve noticed loads more mullets. At first I was shocked but now I’ve thought about it I think the Welsh might leading the way
