This was so predictable and so avoidable. The Legislature voted to allow high-speed car chases because they thought that would be bad-ass. A month later, four people are dead from an unnecessary car chase.

He was just a cat, but he was my friend, my companion during good times and bad, always up to join me for a cigar and purr louder than I thought a cat should be able to. I’m so grateful he came to spend his last three-and-a-half years with us, but I miss him so much.
