I’m thinking Goodreads or Bookshelf, but with privacy as a focus and without the social features. Something focused on what matters, the your books and your reading pleasure.

The “run an LLM automatically if the test fails” idea seems like a fun and useful weekend project. I might take a look at that.

- A “is this a series” kind of website that tells you if a book is part of a series.
- A website where you can download book covers.

Just change the ISBN to the one of whatever book you want information on.

The API hasn’t been tested outside my network, runs on a single small VPS, and is likely to break apart, but hey, it’s progress!
