The way it went was organised chaos. The end game debrief included loads of stuff that wasn't in the plan, but people had fun, and that's all that counts!

A personal project of decades of long gestation is nearing fruition. I have finally designed and written a megagame!

Inspired by the Expanse, Battlestar Galactica, Firefly and Star Trek this is a game about what happens when humans take to the stars!

Did some backwoods cooking with my explorers the other night. I reprised the "egg on a stick" and took more photos this time!

Took my explorers out to find RNAS Aldbar in Montreathmont Forest this evening. They set off in three groups five minutes apart and all of them got lost...

Thankfully I gave them all a radio and after an hour got them back onto the road and back to the start point so we had time for a debrief.

Went for a wee walk on Saturday through the Blue Door to the Rocks of Solitude (neither being euphemisms)

All pictures are the rugged beauty of the River North Esk, which is the border between Angus and Aberdeenshire
