Storm Claudia was already blowing up earlier during my work walk. I just got out before the heavy rain started, but there's already flooding happening. Everyone in my neck of the woods, please stay safe.

Back workout complete. Did 10 x 10 assisted pull-ups, and while I still only could manage four sets of ten, all my other sets went up, and my lowest set was seven reps.

Got out again for my work walk. Milder today with some clearer skies, but we've got weather warnings in place tomorrow for Storm Claudia. Although I think the Dublin side of the country will get it worse than here out west. The reverse is usually the case.

Back workout one done, barbell rows 10 x 10. Still managed the full 10 x 10 at 40kg, so might need to up it again.

Got out for my work walk despite the cold. I was out yesterday, too, but just barely made in and out between spells of rain. Definitely a change from Monday's sunshine, and it's apparently gonna be colder next week.

Shoulder day complete. I got 5 sets of 10 reps, 3 of 8, and 2 of 7. The high volume is working for me, and I can definitely feel it in my shoulders!

Chest workout complete. Managed to get up to the sixth set of ten on bench press with 10 reps. Improving with doing dips afterwards, too.

Leg day done. I got the full 10 x 10 back squats with 60kg, so next week I'll be increasing it. Romanian deadlifts improved, too, but they were a killer after squatting so much!

Assisted pull-ups complete, 10 x 10. I'm adding more reps. Got 4 sets of 10, 4 of 7, and 2 of 6. Hoping if I keep this up that I'll be able to do unassisted pull-ups with these numbers next year.

Fables of Flower by @norab84.bsky.social is a fantastic collection of short stories, chronicling the life of Flower, a down-on-his-luck gig worker who gets caught up in missteps and adventures, both magical and mundane. He's a relatable character in a fantasy world. I highly recommend it!

Chest day complete 10 x 10 bench press and dips. Got up to set 4 on bench press before I had to drop down reps. I improved on dips, but only got up to 8 sets before I couldn't push out another rep.
