Unless Disney develops a sudden interest in Fox’s pre-1990 back catalogue, don’t hold your breath. The Eureka/Masters of Cinema Blu-Ray release remains the best way to see the film at present.

Lifeboat has always been an underrated entry in Hitchcock’s filmography imho, with the casting of Tallulah Bankhead as particularly inspired. Though I confess I’m always relieved when they stop referring to Canada Lee’s character as “Charcoal” early on in favour of “Joe”.
