Are you using a local account, or logged in as your Microsoft account? One of my machines would fail every time I tried to register for ES. I changed the local account to my Microsoft account and it went right through after that.

Why don't you want to enroll in the ES program? You only have to sync some settings and you get another year.

After about 4 days here I'm really liking it. My only complaint would be the app. Every time I launch it, it loads to the newest post and I have to scroll back and figure out where I left off. Is that just an Android thing, or does iOS do that to you too?
