Power-wise, 5V2A on USB-A is fine for charging controllers, though it's nice that these are USB3 5Gbps ports, on the front.

The design is consistent with the PS5 and Switch 2, from memory.

What would you be expecting?

Considering how wild the NAND Flash market is, this is a genuinely good idea, though it'd add a lot of complexity for support and OOBE.

It doesn't look as if any company chasing the high end of this market has gained meaningful traction, so if Valve's software is good enough at an accessible price point, this stands a chance, even if the hardware is underwhelming.

There's always time for MacBook prose for the new MacBook Pros.

But really, Apple's approach to supporting developers working on software for not-Apple-products is historically haphazard. It's late, but it's nice they're making an effort. (Now, let's see a proper package registry...)

The've been teeing up the hardware enablement for this since the M2 series, but only M3 and later exposes nested virtualization through MacOS. It's as much a hardware story as it is a software story.

local models are bloating software (I’m assuming, I haven’t bothered to unpack and analyze this)

It's weird, but "bizarre crank with internally consistent morality" is at least an upgrade from most politicians, even if I don't personally like the guy, and would have voted against him if he were on the ballot in the one year I accidentally lived in Kentucky.

They’re not brave enough to do it, but McDonald’s (US) should run a :30 that’s just a clip of McRoll’d in a single high-profile as buy without any context, just to see how people would react.

It’s McDonalds, you’re just reminding people it exists.

Amazing, congratulations!

When you train AI to be bad at coding, it becomes mechahitler. When you train it to be good at coding, it embraces Mahayana Buddhism and becomes a digital Bodhisattva. No idea what is to be done with this information.

The funny thing is, it's a US/NTSC printing of the UK Telefilm, there's no DVD release of this (except a mysterious release on DVD for the Japanese rental market).
I also don't actually own a LaserDisc player, but this was just too perfect to pass up.
