We're about people engaging effectively yes... that is kinda my point.

What outcome are you hoping for with MPs leaving Labour? If the government collapses at the moment polling suggests we likely get a Reform UK govt.

If the Govt doesn't collapse you've just made Labour in power more extreme.

Don't be daft they're clearly gonna switch leader so much better to have good MPs in than out.

Best we can do is sacrifice the universities, music and games development in a dark ritual to resurrect fishing and the coal mines I’m afraid.

Face masks can’t help because people will just touch their faces lots. The WHO and govt agree. Plus you won’t fit it correctly. 🙄

I'm sorry to break every wonk's heart, but parties do not win elections on the basis of their policy platforms. It's a little more complex, but basically boils down to voters trusting them to pursue the *objectives* that matter to them.

It's the outputs - and trust - that count, not the inputs.

What but that’s American Xmas isn’t it?!

And you’re not going to win in those feeds with an up beat woo the Govt did something nice message?

It will always be easier and more engaging to make videos trashing stuff and blaming the Govt and others.

So until people see improvement in their lives none of it can work.

There is an absolutely massive digital propaganda machine pumping algorithmic feeds full of anti Labour messaging.

Of course they’re not getting this message into the feeds of those people?

Can you have a windfall tax every year? Surely at that point it’s just a tax?

Indeed. It feels like a lot of the pro this government stuff is 'don't you realise the stakes are really high?'. Yes, it's why I am really, really, *really* worried at how much of the policy agenda is based, as you say, on wishing.

Everything? We don’t!

In their defence you’re unlikely to get a dart stuck in your head as a result of their tax plans…

Labour might well prefer that mind you!

They must have told themselves that staying in power is more important than doing the right things. But if they are not going to do the right things.

What’s the point in staying in power?

In every bloody dimension. It’s awful.
