The pressure is mounting at work, and have to say I am not coping at the moment. I can't switch off, having episodes of shaking and brain fog because so much is being piled on me as the lead trainer last minute. I am praying this project gets pushed back.

My day can be summed up with the fact I had to wait for the next bus home, as after peopling hard all day, I could not cope with the very vocal and nervous passenger that got on my planned bus. Not proud, but need some quiet time to just switch off, im totally spent!

A productive morning writing a key user guide, but blimey my brain hurts now. I also get to go through it all again this afternoon in another meeting. Alcohol maybe required later as motivation/reward!
